When will my order be dispatched?

There is a slight delay on the dispatch on all orders. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us via our webform

All orders are hand made to order and will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking code. If any delays occur in shipment, we will contact you via email.

Order Information 

Can I change my delivery address?

Email us at, and include your order number, and updated delivery address. The more information you give, the sooner we can update your address before dispatch. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the email subject line. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at, and we’ll do our best to cancel your order. Please include ‘Urgent: Cancel Order’ in the subject line.

Return Policy

How do I return a product?

Products from Queen Scrunchie can be returned within 10 days of your order arriving. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and of the same condition you received it, this includes being in the original packaging. If you wish to return your order, please contact us to discuss your options at, and include your order number and product details in the email. We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We always recommend using a tracked service, given the transport risk is borne by the sender.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges.
